Shipping policy

Marmar offers all our customers the option to have their purchase shipped via postal service to any location within Puerto Rico or the United States through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Considerations

We always strive to ensure customers receive their packages as quickly as possible. However, please take the following considerations into account:

Order processing takes 2 to 3 business days once payment is confirmed. Your tracking information will be shared within this period.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

If the customer provides incorrect shipping information at checkout, the carrier may reject the package upon delivery. In such cases, Marmar will assist in attempting to update the shipping address for a package in transit. However, as this process is beyond the control of Marmar, delivery guarantees do not apply, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from a delivery rejection due to an incorrect recipient address.

Delivery Times

Delivery delays may occur. These delays are the responsibility of the shipping company, and Marmar cannot offer compensation for shipping delays due to atmospheric events, high season, holidays, and others.

Incorrect Address (PayPal)

If you complete your purchase using PayPal, items will only be shipped to the address registered in your PayPal account. The shipping address field on our checkout form is only used to estimate shipping costs.

If an order paid via PayPal is sent to an incorrect address, Marmar will provide assistance in the redirection or recovery process. However, any loss due to an incorrect address is not the responsibility of Marmar, but rather the PayPal account holder.

Electronic Gift Cards

Gift cards are electronic, so you won't receive a physical gift card. Once purchased, you or the recipient will receive an email with a code to automatically redeem it.
