Refund policy
At Marmar, customer satisfaction is very important to us. As a handcrafted business, we prepare each order with care and intention. However, if a package arrives damaged, broken, or contains an incorrect item, we will gladly offer store credit or a replacement — depending on the situation.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for correctly shipped items or if an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout. We do not offer cash refunds, but we will provide store credit equal to the product value, which can be used on future purchases.
Return Procedure
If there is an issue with your order, please email us at marmarandco@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to return or replace
- A short explanation of the issue
- A photo or video showing the problem
Once we receive your message, our team will review it and respond with confirmation and next steps. Please do not return any products without prior approval. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.
Electronic Gift Cards
E-gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.
